Run by neurodivergents.
FOR neurodivergents.
As a neurodivergent social enterprise, we don’t guess what is accessible we live it.
We run on an ASSET MODEL. We explicitly ban deficit-based language and celebrate non-linear efficiency as our competitive advantage. Our social enterprise mission is to close the tech employment gap by creating paid, supportive IT pathways for youth dependent on business requirements.

AJC TEC was founded and is entirely operated by individuals with “different thinking” (ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, etc.). We don’t just “study” neurodiversity; we live it.
A portion of every IT contract and web build directly funds our training pathways. We provide paid, supported IT work for neurodivergent youth and young adults to help close the tech employment gap.
We are a Social Enterprise. This means we operate as a professional business, but our primary purpose is to create social impact rather than just maximizing shareholder profit.
Most websites are “loud”—full of flashing ads, tiny text, and confusing layouts. We engineer “Digital Sanctuaries” that are high-contrast, easy to read, and sensory-safe.
We are Webflow-first. We believe it provides the cleanest code and the most accessible “Editor Mode” for our clients to manage their own sites without tech-headaches.
Yes. We offer tiered monthly support packages (The Standard Stable and The Advanced Asset) to keep your business tech running smoothly and proactively.
Our Skool community and coding classes are specifically designed for neurodivergent kids and teenagers (and their supportive families).
Are the coding classes accredited?
We offer both skill-based “Code Jams” and pathways toward accredited IT qualifications through our partner Registered Training Organisations (RTOs).
Absolutely. Our Hub has strict Group Rules, including zero tolerance for bullying and a focus on “Asset Model” language.
It is our custom-engineered browser tool that helps users adjust websites to their own sensory needs (e.g., suppressing flashing images or adding a reading guide).
We offer a free Beta version for individuals. For businesses wanting to install it as an accessibility feature on their own sites, we offer supported installation packages.
We use Stripe for all transactions. This allows you to pay securely via Credit Card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay in a clean, no-anxiety checkout environment.
Yes. Depending on how your plan is managed (Self-Managed or Plan-Managed), our training and mentoring can often be claimed under “Capacity Building” or “Finding and Keeping a Job.”
We favor Asynchronous-first communication to respect deep work. We typically respond to all inquiries within 24 business hours via your preferred method (Email or Loom Video).
