Welcome to AJC TEC. By using this website, you are entering a digital sanctuary governed by the rules below. We have kept these terms as clear and jargon-free as possible, because accessibility is our standard. Nothing about us, without us.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing ajctec.org or any of our platforms (including the Superpower Hub), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please close this “brain-tab.” These terms may be updated to reflect new “Tech for Good” innovations; your continued use means you accept the updates.
THE "DIGITAL SANCTUARY" CONDUCT
We engineering better digital experiences, and we expect our users to respect them. You agree NOT to:
Disrupt the Flow: No spamming, hacking, or deploying “noisy” bots.
Hate Speech/Ableism: We have zero tolerance for discrimination against “different thinking.”.
Misuse Tools: The NEURO-LINER and our code are for empowerment, not for reverse-engineering or unauthorized commercial resale.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (IP)
Our “different thinking” is our competitive asset.
AJC TEC Ownership: All content, logos (including the d20 logic icon), training methodologies, and the NEURO-LINER code are the property of AJC TEC.
Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use our site and tools for personal or approved business use. You may not steal our “magic”.
PAYMENTS & SOCIAL IMPACT
Transparency: All prices for IT Support or the Shop are in AUD unless stated otherwise.
No “Sticker Shock”: We use Stripe for secure, no-anxiety payments.
Social Mission: By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are supporting a social enterprise. While we strive for perfection, IT services are dependent on business requirements and external software updates.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We build for the 100%, but tech is tech.
“As-Is” Basis: We provide our site and tools “as-is.” While we engineer for maximum sensory safety and uptime, we cannot guarantee the internet will never have a “glitch”.
Liability Cap: To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, AJC TEC’s liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.
YOUTH & THE SUPERPOWER HUB
If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian’s permission to join our paid Hub or Shop. We take the safety of our youth community seriously and reserve the right to remove any user who violates our Neuro-Ready Rules.
GOVERNING LAW 🇦🇺
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be handled through good-faith negotiation first—because we value clear communication over conflict.
