REFUND & RETURNS POLICY 💳🔄
Our refund policy at AJC TEC is simple , we want your experience to be as seamless as our code. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This policy is designed to be transparent, reducing the hidden math and anxiety often associated with digital purchases.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS (NEURO-LINER) 🛠️
Because digital products are delivered instantly to your “brain-tabs,” we generally do not offer refunds once a download link has been accessed.
Exceptions: If the software is technically faulty and our support team cannot fix it within 7 business days, we will issue a full refund.
Try Before You Buy: We strongly encourage using our Free Beta version before upgrading to a supported license.
IT SUPPORT & SERVICES ⚙️
Our IT support is a “Time and Skill” service.
Monthly Subscriptions: You can cancel your IT support (Standard Stable or Advanced Asset) at any time. Your support will continue until the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again.
Service Satisfaction: If you feel a specific support ticket was not resolved to our “Digital Sanctuary” standard, please contact us. We prioritize fixing the issue over a refund to ensure your tech remains stable.
THE SUPERPOWER HUB & CLASSES 🚀
Community Memberships: Skool subscriptions are billed monthly. You can “opt-out” at any time through your Skool settings. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months.
Coding Classes: If a class is cancelled by AJC TEC, a full refund or a credit for a future session will be provided. If a student cannot attend, we require 48 hours’ notice to provide a credit.
PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE (SHOP) 👕
If we sell physical goods (like AJC TEC gear):
Faulty Items: If an item arrives damaged or is “dead on arrival,” we will replace it or refund you in full (including shipping) as per Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind: To keep our social enterprise lean and focused on youth training, we do not offer refunds for “change of mind” on physical goods. Please check sizing charts carefully!
THE REFUND PROCESS ⏳
We value asynchronous-first communication to keep things calm.
Request: Email “ with your order number and the reason for the request.
Review: Our team will review your request within 3 business days.
Action: Approved refunds are processed back to your original Stripe payment method. Please note it can take 5-10 business days for banks to reflect the credit.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW 🇦🇺
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
